Definition

The flows of Stablecoin tokens into exchange wallets for as far back as we track. Please note that the transfer generally occurs after a certain amount of time from the contract created time.

Interpretation

Stablecoin Exchange reserve is a collective measure of potential stablecoins that are ready to be used to buy cryptocurrencies in the market.

Stablecoin Exchange Reserve is the accumulated result of which naturally follows the indications that in/outflow has. Similar to Stablecoin Exchange NetFlow's interpretation, an increasing trend in netflow indicates the buying pressure and the decreasing trend indicates the selling pressure.

However, instead of Exchange In/Outflow & Netflow indicating the specific moment or period, Stablecoin Exchange Reserve is easy to track the result of the entire period's movements.

By value itself

It indicates the degree of accumulated buying pressure in the exchange

  • High : High Buying Pressure

A large number of stablecoins are staying in the exchange to be traded indicating high buying pressure

  • Low : Low Selling Pressure

A Small number of stablecoin are staying in the exchange to be traded indicating low buying pressure

By examining trend

It shows the changing buying power status

  • Increasing trend: Increasing potential Buying power -Bullish

More stablecoins are available in the exchange indicating the increasing buying power that are ready to be used to trade which supports bullish movement

  • Decreasing trend: Decreasing scarcity - Bearish

Fewer stablecoins are available in the exchange indicating the decreasing buying power that is ready to be used to trade which supports bearish movement
